A mobile barber should not feel like a compromise. Too often it does. The barber arrives an hour late with one pair of clippers, no scissors, no proper towel, no styling product, and the result is a quick clipper cut in your kitchen for the same price as a salon job. We built our mobile service so it does not feel that way. The barber arrives on time, in a clean uniform, with a full kit: professional cordless clippers, German scissors, beard trimmers, hot towels, capes, neck strips, premium styling products, fragrance and a folding chair if needed. The same quality and the same product range as the chair inside our shop at BW Aria, just delivered to your address. We cover the entire city of Belgrade including Stari Grad, Vracar, Savski Venac, Novi Beograd, Zemun, Vozdovac, Dedinje, Senjak and the BW Aria district. The mobile barber arrives with everything needed for a full grooming session. You do not need to provide anything except a chair and a small space to work, ideally near a power outlet, although our clippers are cordless and can run for over an hour on a single charge. The barber lays down a clean cape, places a neck strip, sets up the tools on a small towel and starts with a consultation about the cut you want. From there it is the same flow as a chair inside the shop: cut, blend, finish, beard if requested, hot towel, styling product. The visit takes between sixty and ninety minutes depending on whether you book a haircut only or a haircut and beard combination. After the cut the barber cleans up the floor, packs away the equipment and leaves the space exactly the way it was found. Card payment is accepted via mobile terminal, Apple Pay and Google Pay also work, and cash in RSD or EUR is fine.

The mobile barber price is fixed at 8,000 RSD inside the wider Belgrade area. Group bookings (two or more clients at the same address) are quoted on request and the per-person price is lower than booking individual visits.
The most common request for our mobile service comes from travelers staying at the Hilton, Hyatt Regency, Saint Ten, Square Nine, Crowne Plaza, Marriott, Mama Shelter, Mona Plaza or one of the boutique apartments around Stari Grad and Vracar. The reason is simple: after a long flight or a packed business schedule, walking out to find a barbershop is not appealing, and the language barrier in some local shops makes it harder. With our mobile service, the barber comes to your room, the conversation is in English or Russian, and the price is known in advance. The same applies to grooms on a wedding morning. Instead of leaving the suite at 6 AM to find a chair somewhere in the city, the groom and groomsmen can be cut in the same room, in sequence, by one or two of our barbers. We have done this for weddings at Saint Ten, the Hyatt and several apartments inside BW Aria itself. The mobile service runs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, the same hours as the shop.

The third is WhatsApp on the same number, which is the easiest way to send your address, the room number and a photo of the cut you want as reference. For the mobile service we strongly recommend booking at least two hours in advance so that we can route the right barber to your address with the equipment for your specific service. For weddings, photo shoots and group bookings we recommend at least twenty-four hours notice so we can plan the right number of barbers and arrival sequence.

Standard arrival time from BW Aria to a central hotel is fifteen to twenty-five minutes depending on traffic. For visits outside the wider Belgrade ring (Borca, Surcin, Mladenovac and similar) we quote separately and the price may include a small travel surcharge.
